This policy describes how Ásgeir Jónasson ("we", "us") handles information when you play Primal Axis or Primal Axis Demo on Steam (the "Products").
We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or crash-reporting SDKs inside the Products.
Data stored on your device: save files, settings, and game progress are stored locally under your operating system user folder for the game.
Steam: When you use Steam, Valve processes account and platform data under the Steam Privacy Policy. We receive only what Steam provides for operating the game (e.g. ownership, cloud sync if enabled).
Steam Cloud (if enabled): Save data may be uploaded to Steam Cloud so you can sync between devices. That data is stored by Valve, not on our servers. You can disable Steam Cloud in Steam settings.
Support email: If you email support@primal-axis.com, we receive your address, message content, and any attachments you send so we can respond.
We do not sell your personal information.
Local save data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall. Steam Cloud retention is governed by Valve. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and basic business records.
The Products are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on where you live (including the EEA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data we hold (mainly support correspondence). Contact support@primal-axis.com.
We may update this policy. The Last updated date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
